Wet Press/Wet Crepe

CREPE AID SERIES

CREPE AID 660
Adhesive designed for high basis weight sheets creped at high sheet moistures (>8%). This product is designed for functionality especially on Wet Crepe Tissue Machines. This chemistry is not designed to work with high performance hood systems.

CREPE AID 770

Adhesive designed for Wet Crepe or high moisture dry crepe machines with sheets creped at high sheet moistures (>6%). This product is designed for functionality especially on Dry Crepe Machines with low to medium performance hoods / Wet Crepe Tissue Machines. This chemistry is not designed to work with high performance hood systems.

Wet Press/Dry Crepe

ULTRACREPE SERIES

ULTRACREPE HT
THE STANDARD for Dry Crepe Tissue Machines. Initially designed to compensate for "H"igh "T"emperatures encountered on today's high performance / high speed tissue machines. An advanced chemistry that has the widest operating window of any adhesive on the market today from any company. Especially suitable for tissue machines producing a variety of grades / basis weights / qualities – from a variety of feed stock (Deinked / Virgin…). This is the chemistry PAL elects to use for trialing on dry crepe machines world-wide – due to the wide ranging stability and operating range.

ULTRACREPE LMW / BJCP

Chemistry designed for "similar" grade machines – typically lower basis weight bath and facial tissues. Especially suited to high press solids/increased press nip wet press machines producing lower basis weight tissue.

Dry Press/Dry Crepe (TAD)

TAD-Tech SERIES

TAD-Tech FC Line
THE TAD-Tech FC Yankee Adhesive series is a new standard for Limited Press / TAD Fabric Tissue machinery. Much like the ULTRACREPE HT chemistry – the FC is PAL's highest operating window for TAD applications. The FC Line is designed to work with machines running knuckle contact percentages ranging from a low as 25% and as high as 50+%. Solids leaving the Pre-Dryer can range from as little as 40% to as high as 95+%. Depending upon hood types – the FC chemistry is an excellent product for fine tuning pre-dryer/steam/hood usage for optimum energy consumption. The FC range is also designed to remain ply-able and "crepe-able" in production. This will benefit you in handfeel, converting efficiency, finished product properties.
